I am loving this new search engine I'm using called Swagbucks. Basically you earn money for using Swagbucks to search the Internet. It's easy and I just redeemed 450 Swagbucks for a $5.00 Amazon gift card. I read a great post on Freebies 4 Mom that convinced me to give it a try.

I honestly was kind of skeptical about Swagbucks until I actually started using it consistently as my search engine. Here's why I'm now a huge fan:
* Get Results: I get similar search results to what I would get using Google
* Rewarding: I earn Swagbucks often enough just by using it as my search engine that it feels rewarding.
* Big Wins: I often win more than a single point, my biggest one-time win was 5 points - very rewarding. There are also free codes given out often. Read their blog to catch them while they're valid.
* Referrals are Easy: Anyone can refer their friends to use Swagbucks and earn their points faster
* $5 Amazon.com Gift Cards: It's been easy for me to select and redeem my reward of choice when I have earned 450 points. You can redeem a maximum of two rewards per day.
* Not Annoying: Some websites simply annoy me because of the way they are designed or the ads they display. Swagbucks is not an annoying site and it's quite user-friendly.

The biggest reason why I'm a fan of Swagbucks? I'm earning gift cards by doing something I'd normally do on the web - using a search engine. It doesn't require any extra email. I've just bookmarked Swagbucks.com so that I can get there easily anytime I want to search for something. They also have toolbars that you can download so that it becomes part of your internet browser. I hope that it becomes a great resource for you to earn some gift cards just by searching the web!

OK, OK, I thought. I'll try it. If I hate it then I don't have to use it anymore. It sure didn't take long and now I'm hooked! I almost ordered Miss Audrey a Pat the Bunny book when it was on sale at Amazon for $5.49. I had earned a $5 gift card from Swagbucks and it would have made this book only $0.49 plus shipping and handling! Sweet deal!

You should definitely click on my link over to the right and try it out for yourself. I am LOVING IT!

Hey there!
Sorry I am just getting back with you, its been sorta crazy around here. And I just did not have the time to get together anything, and I can't stand commiting to do something, then not doing it. Anyways, send me an email and I will be glad to make a tutu.

Also, as far as the clothes go, you are welcome to look at what I have, most stuff is 12 months, just a few 18 months, Audrey is a little on the small side, so she can still wear a lot of 18 -24 month stuff!!
And i think Audrey's are great!!!
Look forward to hearing from you!

Hey Amy...yay!I see Rachael sent you an e-mail! :o)
Did you ever get in touch with her about the tutu?

Okay about the Swagbucks...I'm still skeptical. I can't pinpoint why. Maybe because I feel like I don't want anymore things I have to "think about". My brain feels way overloaded.
HOWEVER<
On the other hand, why would I NOT want to earn points and get free $5 cards?
hmmm.....
Why are they giving out these cards? Are they just trying to get their name out and get people using their search engine? Why? It's not like they make money off of it, do they?
Why do I always over-think things?
:o)

Jen, I need to email her about it. I have checked my email and been on FB briefly on my Blackberry but haven't really had much of a chance to sit down at my desk and catch up on emails in a while.

Trust me, I was VERY skeptical about Swagbucks too. I heard about it years ago on a few of the blogs I read and just felt I really just didn't have time to mess with it or look into it further. When I finally did I was very pleasantly surprised. It really doesn't take that much more effort on my part to win the points. I had to download a toolbar that I use for searches. It shows up right underneath my regular toolbar so that all I have to do when I want to search is click the swagbucks box and type in whatever it is I'm looking for. It really is that simple. There are other things you can do to win swagbucks but I rarely do those things. I've almost got enough to cash in and get my 3rd free Amazon gift card. Well it's not really a plastic gift card they mail you...it's a $5 credit that you can apply to your Amazon purchase. They have a whole bunch of things you can redeem your swagbucks for in the "swag store". Most of them are really silly and I wouldn't bother with them. But some are pretty good. Gift cards for places like Target, Starbucks, Amazon, Bass Pro, etc. They also have tons of other things you can get like toys for kids, clothes, cologne and other stuff but I mostly just get the Amazon cards because you can use it for anything.
If you decide to do it will you please click on my swagbucks logo to sign up? That way I'll get swagbucks for referring you. Thanks! If you have any more questions about it let me know. Don't feel obligated at all though. I know you're super busy and really who has time to think of one more thing? I know I didn't for the longest time but I'm sure glad I looked into it more!
