Here are some of my favorite bread machine recipes. I shared these recipes with my mom and thought I'd also put them here in case anyone else is interested. I had to limit myself to making only 1 loaf a week because I was making a TON of bread and getting quite "doughy".
If you try any of these recipes, I'd love to hear how they turned out for you. Enjoy!

Cinnamon-Raisin Bread 1.5 lb loaf
1 1/4 cups water
2 Tbsp margarine or butter, softened
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp yeast
3/4 cup raisins

Place ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed, exept for raisins. Bake using the Sweet Bread cycle. Add raisins about 30 minutes after starting (mine has a mix-in beep reminder...handy!).

Blueberry-Walnut Bread 1.5 lb loaf
1/3 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 whole large eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp blueberries, fresh or drained from can
1/3 cup walnuts

Spray pan w/cooking spray. Premix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add to bread machine pan. Bake using the Quick Bread/Cake cycle. Let cool completely before attempting to remove from pan.

Pizza Dough (can be used to make homemade breadsticks or calzones too)
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Can also add 2 Tbsp chopped or minced garlic and 1 tsp italian seasoning for garlic-herb crust.

Place all ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed. Use the Dough cycle. (Mine takes about an hour and a half.) Once the dough is done, remove from pan and divide in half. Preheat oven to 400 and place oven rack on lowest position. Form each dough portion into a 12-inch circle and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake crust for 10 min. Remove and top with sauce and favorite toppings. Bake an additional 8-10 min or until golden brown.
